Our Lease/Purchase program offers an individual the opportunity to get into a brand new home. Summit Builders will carry the note for up to 2 years, while you get yourself in a position to buy the home. For a $2500 deposit/option and your 1st months rent you can be on your way to owning a brand new home. We will give you credit of $100 per month of your rent for the 1st year and $50 per month your second year which will be applied to your deposit when you purchase the home. We have payments starting at $900 a month for 1300 square feet going to $3,000 a month for 4000 sq ft. We also have furnished homes for short term leases. Monthly payments will be based of the purchase price. Larger homes may require additional down payments.
